「GarageBand Users Club」が公開作品をポッドキャストで配信
Mac用の音楽編集ソフトといえば、アップルの「GarageBand」。
簡単な操作で音楽編集が可能なので、ポッドキャスティングの番組作成のために使っているひとも多いと思います。
GarageBandを使っているユーザーのコミュニティ「GarageBand Users Club」がポッドキャスティングに対応し、ユーザーが公開した新曲の配信を開始した。
Site Topics : PodCastingに全面対応いたしました！！ PlayPod、iPodder等のソフトを使うことにより、当サイトに投稿された新しい楽曲を「自動的」にiTunesに登録ができるようになりました。
時間がない時に自動巡回して楽曲をダウンロードし、 あとからゆっくりiTunesで...といったことができるようになります。

です。
毎日かなりの曲が公開されるので、ポッドキャストに対応して更新チェックの手間がなくなるし、「今日はどんな曲が入ってくるかな？」とiPodをパソコンにつなぐのが楽しくなりますね。
しかも公開されている曲は全てクリエイティブコモンズライセンスに対応しているので、気に入った曲を自分のポッドキャスティングの番組で流して紹介するなんてこともできる。
個人が趣味で公開している音楽は著作権のしがらみがないため、これからどんどんポッドキャスティングに対応して配信される流れになると思います。
その中からクチコミで人気が爆発し、ポッドキャスト発でメジャーデビューなんてことが近い将来起こるかもしれませんね。既にブログ発の出版は当たり前ですし。
