ポッドキャスティングを社内の情報共有で利用
Kj's Viewさんのところで見つけた、ポッドキャスティングを企業が社内の情報共有として活用しているケース。
Podcasting Goes Corporate
American Association of Petroleum Geologistというからアメリカの石油探査をやっている人たちの組合なんでしょうか。そこの社内のセミナーや会議のお知らせみたいなものをポッドキャスティングで流しているという記事です。
例えば会議の内容をICレコーダーで録音してポッドキャスティングで配信すれば、テキストの議事録では伝わらない会議の経過がわかるし、議事録をわざわざ作成する時間も必要なくなる。
社長のスピーチをポッドキャスティングすれば、普段は社長の声を聞く機会のない社員にまで届き、会社がどういう方向に進もうとしているのか全社員で共有できる。
それらをまとめてiPodに転送して、会社の帰りなど聞きたい時に聞けるので、時間の有効利用にもつながる。
最近はブログを社内の情報インフラとして導入しようというケースが増えていますが、次はポッドキャスティングの導入が流行する？
その前に、全社員がiPodなどのポータブル音楽プレーヤーを持っている必要がありそうですが・・・。
